Can A Moderator Remove Topics?

Once you download dropbox, put what you want downloaded in the public folder. Once you put it in the folder and it has a green check, right click the file and slide up to "dropbox", where you then click "copy public link". Next just paste it in the forums.

I did a bit of research and they said they removed that when you are doing it for whole folders... (I think) :(

They can close topics, but I don't think topics can be removed.

When a topic is closed, no one can post or edit anything in the topic.
