is it possible to make it so if somebody logs in my server, it says something like

Ragnar has joined the game ; Game ID 1.2.34567

and the player id would be set in the config/where passwords are kept, and the ones without a PID just have 0.0.00000

only registred players have a PID

why is everyone ignoring me =(

Yes, it is possible. It is relatively easy to do.
