Please help me how to create servers for windows xp, i really need it

Hello. Well, it's not an easy task for a young one like you.
You need to know about port forwarding if you want to make the server public on the internet.
If you just want a LAN server, you just have to start the game from the Advanced or Multiplayer tabs. Just be sure to leave the "Address" field blank. Next, find what your IP address is (something like 123.456.123.456), and tell it to your friends, along with the number that's on the "Port" field.
