I would like a easy to follow setup to mods and how to download and use them, Please help me out. The wiki was of no help to me. And Please, no pics unless they are explained.

Well enter the minetest folder open the mods folder and place the unzipped folder there to unzip a file right open it and I move the folder to mods

Make sure to have two folders on the screen one with just the unzipped download and the other with the mods folder opened

Unzip it by right-clicking and click extract all (below open and open in new window) to <minetest directory>/textures/all/
