Is it possible to send someone a message in the forums. Sooooooooooooooooooo many times i have seen someone is on and needed to tell the something important but they were not on the irc. If it is not possible could someone make it possible. Just to send an alert like "person wants you to go to irc" or "person wants you to join this server"

1st: You can send E-Mails to the users.
2nd: A new extension was added to this forum so PM is possible. Do you see this "PM" link under the users avatar?

In the right hand corner of the top of the page where it used to be stuff like unanswered topics next to it you will find messages to check if some one messaged you
