Please Help, can't get new server to work

Ok, so I set uP my server, but people can't seem to connect to it, I don't know what to do!!!!

Both of these work, but noone else can connect to them, please help!!!192.168.1.8

Hi!
FYI, 192.168.1.8 is a local address so that means we can't connect to it.
5.92.148.56 is your public address and this the one you have to give to the players.
Concerning your server, I tried to connect to it and it failed. Maybe you didn't open the port on your router and firewall.

5.92.148.56 is through hamachi, and I've had people try, and it didn't work, that's why I'm in desperate need, and I'm positive I've opened the port

The ports 30000 and 30001 are open, I think it's because the ip is through hamachi, any suggestions?

The hamachi network is MineTestButton, there isn't a password
