I always come across downloads that end up being a .rar file but i don't know how to use it?
Please help

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

Its only on Ubuntu/Debian, other distros have different package manager (or none at all).

The only mods I recall that used rar are old arse mods. Never use rar to pack mods.
