Upload the image to an image hosting site such as http://imgur.com

once you have uploaded the image, get the direct link, and paste it between tags in your post as so:

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

Also you can use omploader it also gives you a copy and paste thing that let's you put the pic up and when you click the pic it takes you to the pic link

I prefer http://www.zimg.eu/ because its faster than omploader (and hasnt so much db errors).
I also recommend to use

so that people can click the image to see the full size.
