minetest 0.4.5 on linux

On my computer I have Windows and Linux , I prefer Linux but Minetest 0.4.5 is not available on linux so I use that on Windows and it is a pity .

There's no official install package, but you can clone the Git repository and compile it pretty easily. See the developer wiki articles on GitHub, Git, and Compiling Minetest. I agree it would be more ideal to have an official install package, but at least if you are a motivated Linux user there's still an option. I have actually created an Ubuntu install package for my own personal use, but I'm not really up to doing package maintenance for others at this point.
