Have any modders, such as calinou, sfan5, etc. started work on a tekkit-sorta-thing for minetest? If that's the case, I will beta test, as would anybody else. Can someone tell me if they are making it?

Maybe someone could make a technic client like thing. and when i say technic client i mean this. http://www.technicpack.net/ it is pretty much a client that has modpacks and updates them automatically.
