You need to find yourself a site where you can upload your photo's. I use (and am satisfied with) dropbox but there are more possibilities. Then paste the link between like this:

[img]yourlinktotheuploadpage.png[/img]

Edit: you can use ompldr (or omploader). Just take a look at the links under the screenshot posts to get an idea for an uploader.
