why doesn't anyone start a cluster chunk sever

i know there's some good severs out there such as the hunger games server but i think a cluster chunk sever would be great to play on it would be great if someone started one.... and someone does already have one or is going to make one let me know please

Somehow I keep wanting to read that as a "clusterfuck" server, which in turn makes me question why anyone would want such a thing.

If anyone is wondering,
this is cluster chunk. Someone made a minetest version of it (I think it was captainfap).
