0.4.7 flatland help
i cant do a flatland on 0.4.7. help plz?
i'm new too all this still but i will try to make mods and textures check out my map too!

Add this to your minetest.conf: mg_flags = flat
Then restart Minetest if it was already open, then create a new world. Close it then remove 'flat' from the 'mg_flags' section. This will stop all future worlds from being flat.

i typed that in but it never turns flat with my new worlds
i'm new too all this still but i will try to make mods and textures check out my map too!

I find that it sometimes won't work- I have no idea why. Once I did it and nothing happened. Then I deleted it and made some new worlds which were normal. Then they suddenly started going flat. It's crazy.

ok thanks! this really helped now all i have to do is finish my (epic music) EVIL_SQUIDS MOD!!!!

Never edit the configuration file while the game is running. If you do, the options get overwritten.
