FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I am wondering why i cannot add a post in the "Mod Releases" part of the form - However i can post in the "Modding General "
where the "Post new topic" i have "Sorry! no permission to post new topics".

Could anyone tell me if i need permission, ect...

You need to post your mods in Modding General and then ask them to be moved to Mod Releases.
