Hello,
I saw snow, ice, etc in the creative inventory.
That let me forms some questions:
When are there winter bioms in the default game?
Will the ice nodes be slippy? so that you can built a bowling center? If yes will it be for players or items or both?
Will it snows in the default game?
Will the ice smelts when there is a torch nearby, like in the winterbioms mod?
I know these are many questions, but thanks for your answers!!!

Winter biomes have not yet been implemented, even though the nodes exist. There is a pull request on github for slippery ice by Zeg9, though it hasn't been merged yet.

Well, those nodes are in 0.4.7 default mod. No snow biomes currently in the game. But, hey, you have the nodes to make one. :).

How to make a winter biome:
1. Get worldedit
2. Select the area you want to become a snow biome
3. Do /replace dirt_with_grass dirt_with snow
Bam, there you go. :P

Snow biomes may not be implemented just yet but here is a great mod that does the same thing:
