On your mod page, put:

License: put_your_license_here
Some Mods: Castles Prefab Camouflage
My Games: Nostalgia Realtest Revamped
Servers: See above games.

Please don't use the "ND" or "NC" clauses for the software portion. In fact, I don't think you should use any Creative Commons license for the software at all. Use a permissive license (lots of people here use the WTFPL, but there's also the Expat license or CC0) or use a proper software license that's compatible with the GNU GPL.[0]

All works are usually copyright to their respective authors (depending on where you live). What a license does is grant extra rights to users, though you're under no obligation to choose any license. Keep in mind the releases section only lists mods with copyleft licensing, so ultimately it depends on where you want your mod posted (releases, general or off-site).

That's not true. Copyleft is a form of license which requires you to share-alike (i.e. not release proprietary versions; you have to use the same license if you redistribute). Permissive licenses like WTFPL are accepted in the releases section. What the releases section requires is for the code to be free/libre/open-source.

It's all more or less the same thing to me.
