Me and some friends have been playing for a wile now and we cant figure out how to craft items.

Devin, you need to be more descriptive. What are you trying to craft and what with?

If you have spawned in the world with nothing in the inventory, you need to make some tools.

As you can't punch stone, go and punch a tree to get wood. With the wood you make wooden planks. From a wooden plank you can make sticks. Finally you can create a wooden pick axe to mine stone.

no not yet im in school so im working atm but ill look right now.

http://wiki.minetest.net/Inventory_menu is a slightly advanced page which is about the inventory menu.

Oh, before I forget:
Q: Why do people continiue asking questions which are already answered in the FAQ? (]question 1, question 2)
A: Because there is no sticky thread which links to the FAQ.

this is why there needs to be a GUIDE (there is one posted around here somewhere) on the wiki.
