This tutorial is pretty useful, even if I haven't got a Mac to check if you missed something.
I'm just sceptic because of your post numbers and direct attached file....

And...you misspelled "Mintest".

Apologies for the spelling mistake there, and it's a direct file because I originally created the file in Pages as it's part of my assignment to create a tutorial for an open source project of my choice. I have to submit it to the forum and it was just easier for me to convert to a pdf and then submit it :)

I also apologise if the layout is a little messed up, it was originally a Pages file.

The 'installation instructions' (on Github) you talked about are compiling instructions and targeted at advanced users.
