You don't need any account to play Minetest

You don't need an account. Just put your in game name for the password. Then you can change it to whatever you want (passwords are per server, so you can't use one universal password)

hi, you don't need to create an account you just need to create a username and a password. When you first enter the username, it won't ask you for a password but if you exit the game and then go back in you should be prompted with a message that will ask you to create a password, all you have to do is enter the desired password :) you don't need to put anything in the "Old password" box, that's just for when you're changing a password :)
