I've my mod gems tools https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?id=4294 and no one has ever even said any thing about it, i did't even think any one knew about it. But not to long ago i came on and saw someone posted on the thread so i went on and read it. And to my surprise Azuna said "DAT TEXTURE. Best mod eva btw." and i realized people did notice it and like it, and i felt warm that after all this time some one actually liked it :) thank you

Your gems mod is the most iconic one for Minetest, captainfap.

I would say as most regular members on here write mods themselves a register node or item mod is not much of a talking point. No doubt many newbies and not so regular members download and use your mod yet do not want to intrude on forum topics. Also some like myself refrain from posting too many comments at once as it can be seen as form of spamming.

(My life motto) 5% of your life you will be noticed for the good things you do the other 95% will be people telling you what you did wrong.

Anyway be proud of your work, chin up mate.

It's always difficult to predict how much feedback a mod will get. As yours mostly adds tools (nice textured ones) and gems as new ores, players will most likely just use it without commenting (provided they want more tools). Perhaps adding it to the Minetest Mod Database might help to make it better known and easier to install, though I doubt that it will generate much feedback. Satisfied users seldom post anything. Only those that have further wishes or found any bugs will post.
