FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Hi, I was wondering how to change the main menu background, I did it in an earlier build and something apears to have changed? Anyway, I need to change the main menu background to a static (not moving) image of my creation.

Also, if I add my mods to a new gametype folder, as well as the default mods, will that work properly?

In /games/minetest_game/menu I believe it is. You will need to insert a picture named background.png
