FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I have recently been playing in creative and upon digging in blocks I have noticed that its not a instant removal when I hit a block. I have noticed that you hand just looks like your hand but it is actually a MESE pickaxe. Is there a mod or something that can fix this, or will this ever be fixed in the future? Its not really a big deal but I find it kind of annoying...

It's not something that needs to be "fixed". In fact, PilzAdam already did that, but it was removed because of mods that required a punch to activate something. If it were insta-dig, anything like a mesecons lever wouldn't work in creative.

Yea, thats really annoying. Building in creative mode in minetest_game isnt fun because of this.

Its not really a problem, but it is rather annoying to deal with. Is there a mod that addresses this?
