Hello, I am new to Minetest but have been playing Minecraft for well over a year now. My question is how to save played games. It seems every time I exit the game my played game has vanished. There must be an easy solution I am overlooking. Please help. Thanks!

Could you describe how you installed Minetest, what OS you use, etc.?

I am using windows 8. I downloaded it and opened it in my download directory. I go to bin and use the exe file.

Have you unpacked the .zip before starting the game?

Yes I have. I unzipped the file with WinRAR.

Okay silly me. I did unzip it but when I went to play again I went back to the original zip file and kept opening it. Thanks for your patience. I knew it was going to be simple.
