FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I can't seem to find it. I can't figure out how to get the latest dev version for Windows 7. I know to go to github and get Minetest and Minetest_game, but I can't figure out what to do from there. Any advice is appreciated.

You need to download Minetest dev builds.

I'd recommend sfan5's builds if using 32 bits: https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?id=1523
Or Fess' builds if using 64 bits: https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?id=6745

Just download the latest dev build. All files and minetest_game is included.
