FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Hello
If I understand it right, there are three Database Backends sqllite3, leveldb and redis.
But there is only one Setting in the minetest.conf "sqlite_synchronous = ".
the redis backend stores its settings in the world_mt in "redis_address" and "redis_hash".
are these realy the only settings?
anyone knows of other database specific settings for the Backends?
