Is there a way to teleport a whole building (or at least selection of blocks to a location)?
Thanks in advance!

Use world edit:
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=572 There are details of how to use it there. The "move" command should serve your purposes.

So I've played around with it a bit but, it looks like I'm unable to set positions entirely with chat commands (I have to punch nodes) would there be a way to do the whole entire thing using command blocks?
If it makes it less confusing, I'm trying to make a battle robot that can teleport to different positions.

Try using schematics. They are a bit more reliable especially in combination with larger buildings and when "teleporting" to not entirely generated regions.

I think I understand, let me make sure though,
Set positions, save to schematic, open schematic, then you could move the schematic?

Schematics work much like the normal worldedit savefile, except that they don't carry metadata. So you can mark an area, save it with //mtschemcreate filename and then load it with //mtschemplace back into the world (or with place_schematic from lua).
