Instructions on Building Minetest in windows

Can anyone make updated instructions on how to build in windows using mvsc. The instructions in the readme are old and doesn't work and no I will not use anything Linux to build it.

I could write 10 pages about this since I got it working.. Blame lazyness
EDIT: At least something in the dev wiki:
