FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Please could someone allow members to edit their posts in the news subforum? I have useful info to add to the voxelmanip thread but editing is essential.
Also, please can the deleting of posts be enabled? I often need to do this and don't want to leave blank posts messing up the forum.
