here i show you a funny way to cheat in singleplayer mode by cloning your stuff:

(it doesn't make so much sense to do to this when you really want to clone your stuff, because you can go into creative mode to get so much stuff you want, but it is a really funny way to clone your stuff)

1: create a new map and collect some stuff

2: collect wood and craft a chest.

3: start minetest again (no restart, don't close the previous game, you are now in the same world and can walk in both "games")

4: in the second minetest, walk away (100 blocks away should be enough)

5: place the chest there and put your collected stuff in it.

6. close minetest and close the other minetest too

7. now start minetest again. you have your stuff in your inv (because you "played" in the first opened minetest after closing the "second" minetest) when walking to the chest you will find it and the stuff in it too, so everything you have put in the chest is cloned!!!

i would not do this in a real map where i play on.

here the story how i found it out:

i played on my singleplayer map and built something, i paused the game but i forgot to close minetest.

later i started minetest again (with the other minetest in the background minimized, which i overlooked) and built something more there (changes 1).

then i walked to an other place and built something here too (changes 2) and closed minetest and saw that the other minetest was still open.

after closing the other minetest i started it again later.

all changes "changes 1" were lost which i made before "changes 2", but "changes 2" were not lost.
