i cant figure out if theirs a texture pack for windows , i dont think their is

You can install a Texture Pack on Windows and Linux

You can use any texture pack in any OS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Texture packs are not restricted to a single OS - just follow the pack's instructions (drag the files over data, backup first).
