FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

After reading many topics of lack of content, I realized that telling isn't enough.
Due to my lack of programmer's thought process, I think I can do more in the texture department. So I ask you peeps, what type of texture thread would you like to see? After choosing and option, please leave theme/tone/idea of textures you would like to see.

I voted for Mod texture enhancements, because some mods suffer from poor quality textures. By improving their textures, you can work on providing a better experience for Minetest players.

New decorative textures will most likely always be welcome. If you create a nice new texture and make it available, a mod may pop up and use it :-) Creating textures is tricky.
