the top link is not working when i click it and open it with win zip and all that before it loads the win zip page it says error and i cant extract it

Use something like 7-zip to extract it.

It changes pretty much all of the blocks and ores to mlp format. There are no mods included and i have no clue how to take a screenshot

Press F12 to take a screenshot (it'll end up in the "bin" directory of your Minetest directory), then upload it to a place like http://imgur.com then give us the link.
