Is there a texture pack with a font that works better with light backgrounds like clouds? The current one is almost unreadable on some backgrounds. Maybe white text with black outline?

You can do it yourself....Go to data and you will see fontlucida.png

Maybe you can change something there,I dunno.

I did that a few moment but name of player still white.

Nice but the Block Stack count is kinda Hard to read.

95% done,I gave you the biggest clue.

After I replaced fontlucida.png with the image from http://imgur.com/xQfUt chat was readable on all backgrounds. But the font looks a bit fuzzy on the login screen.

I don`t have any problems with the default font.

Nice. That one works in clouds, too.
