Probably not, even if it did, the amount saved would be negligible.

Nice to see someone using this. Any mods in particular you need?

Added (better) support for farming, rails, fire, flowers, nodetest, conifers.
edit: Also carts, creatures, firestone, zeg9's craft guide.

Wow, I already have this texture pack, but I accidentilay deleted it. I came to re-download and my heart lake is one of the screenshots. :D
