FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

i tried the link that takes u to cellerons post but it doesnt work or im too stupid (probably the second one) but how do i install texture packs on minetest 0.4.5 (using windows vista)

You go to your minetest folder, and then place the textures into textures/all/
Note that the texture should be directly in the "all" folder, without subfolders.
