FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Could some one make a through the ages texture pack. For example wood items are before the Stine age. Stone stone age. Steel and refined stuff are the industrial age. Bronze would be bronze age. Around ancient Greece and the roman empire. Mess could be modern era and diamond would be futuristic. Also the blocks would be assigned to an are by what it is made with and how much work it takes to get it.
