Pixelous (formerly Menche's 4x4)

My first texture pack, with a resolution of 4x4. I might make the tools and torches 8x8; 4x4 is a bit small for them.

I like it ... It's look like the block is composed by sub-block

I wanted to do this some time ago, too. But I decided to not create it, because I already have 2 texturepacks.

Sorry I haven't updated this, I've had computer problems and other work. Right now I'm working on glass, break animation, and 0.4 compatibility, and I will probably post an update in a few days.

I love it! Not going to use it because I have my own to worry about, but I love the simplicity

Well this sort of died, it's been almost a year :(. Anyways, I'm thinking of reviving this ancient dinosaur, will post a 0.4.3+ compatible version soon.

Ok, version 2 is updated for the latest version of minetest. No texture changes yet, just changed the names and made a 3D version of the old player.png. I think I'll change the dirt texture next, I don't like it.

please try to include support for as many mods as possible, i think that should not be a too great problem because… yeah, well, there are just 16 pixels for each texture, you know? :D

I think colors should be softer and not so bright, but it's fun

I am awesome at procrastination...

Updated again. Changed the dirt texture, grass, menu, junglegrass, sandstone, and added textures for dry shrubs and furnaces. Next, I plan on changing the somewhat ugly wood, stone tree textures, add desert textures, and make tools and torches 8x8.

Also, I changed the name to "Pixelous", and I'm using a git repo now (hopefully I'll update it more often). The latest git can be downloaded here (as tar.gz, gitorious doesn't seem to support zip, sorry).

Apparently, does not support zip, well.... Thats the windows users going to be unable to use it.

That's just for downloading the latest git, I'll still make zips when I think it's time for another release. And perhaps switch to github.

Good idea Menche. And this is probably the best solution.
