i got following error message:

ord. 73 wurde in der DLL zlib1.dll nicht gefunden...

but the zlib1.dll file exists in the zip-file.. what shoud i do???

Redownload it from dll-files.com (link in first post) and replace the one in my build.

Try replacing the libcurl.dll (with a downloaded version from dll-files.com)

I would recommend that a person with the knowledge to do could make a 64-bit version of Minetest, but I have never seen that done before. Such a feat could be either impossible or almost impossible.

If you intend to make builds of an old version of Minetest (I am not sure why you would want to,) you should probably at least find a way to put sounds in it.

Also: zlib1.dll, symbol 73 not found. (for shaders test)
Also: Could you strip executables using "strip" utility? Over 50 Mb turns into 5+ Mb and the game still works fine!

The current compression rate is pretty good:
minetest.exe: 50.4 MiB -> 14.2 MiB
Irrlicht.dll: 5.6 MiB -> 1.8 MiB
