Normal Builds with extrafilters in the name contain mipmapping and ansitropic filtering

to
video_driver = direct3d9

You cannot through Windows.

For a start OpenGL processing is done in the CPU (For onboards) and GPU (for PCI-E cards / AGP8x.)

The only way would be to update your drivers. However, some from Windows Update do not work, my GPU failed to run nVidia's latest. So I rolled back to the default cd driver.

To top it off, update your drivers, if you are unsure, and what can go wrong: don't do it unless really needed.
