You did nothing wrong. I deleted the post because it was off-topic for the conversation at hand, and didn't notice deleting it changed the apparent target of the comment. My apologies. Should probably have moved the entire discussion to trash.

When somebody requests something to people who are doing it as a hobby --for free--, and when responded politely (like philipbenr did) they respond in the manner mojuave did, it pisses me off. Nobody is obligated to do something they don't feel like doing. If somebody makes whatever you are requesting, you are in luck. If not, the best bet is to learn and do it yourself. Especially if whatever is requested is easy enough to do.

I do need a mod which has preset images that can be wallpapered onto an object.
Deco mod should support
- Jpeg,
- PNG for transparency with option for extruded for effect
- GIF for animated

Crafting recipe:

It is a wish list so it's no harm wishing. Though JPG and PNG are solid requests. particularly PNG for transparent layers and possiblility for extrude into 3D signage.

Yeah, I thought that spaceship warping. Its a good replacement for meshnodes.

Ugh... are capes still a thing to this day? IMO they're an useless addition... unless they're configurable as a separate material, so you can represent an in-world clan or such. I support adding the clothing layers for compatibility with MC 1.8 skins instead... I hope that will be added sometime.

Each user of the forum gives a small code and textures for an average node. The would be composed of creations of others, one node per user.

Well, I will see if by the weekend I make an account on Github to start the project. Also I will keep a space in the forum for those who do not have git to share their creation. What would be a good name for the mod? "Community nodes?

Is there a game/mod out there that makes the game like "hardcore" from Minecraft. I usually don't promote MC stuff, but I find very interesting the concept of "Once you die, it's over".

Would someone be able to make a Traincraft mod line minecraft's ( http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/ma ... ppelin-mod ) and also would someone be able to make it so that there is a character node, like just a player but it's just a block?

Wow! My boys must never see that Traincraft video. They are about 85% reformed to play MT. I could lose the battle forever :/

Hi,

WIth my attention span not completely run out yet and not being totally discouraged, I am putting together a MTG mod at the moment. Now, I know, I know, I know. This is a huuuuge undertaking, and I'm not talking have a cute little map with red, white, blue, black, green, blue spaces that people can walk around in and fight. I am talking about a gameplaying system. (hmmm, this may be more of a dream request.)

Things determined so far:

Chopped blocks from your deck will randomly give you a card from your library when you chop them. (item_drop = ??? etc....) The item drop would be spawn eggs of certain creatures. In play, you use mana to "birth"/cast the spawn eggs of creatures, etc.... Stripped down game to start with.

To relieve this incredibly stressful process, the creatures are simplified to dragons, angels, gods, goblins etc.... with set toughness and power and mana (all dragons are red 5/5, vombies are black 2/4.) Not too far down the line, creatures can be equipped. I'm learning all the settings for creatures's abilities which is a great process. (I'm almost done with the dragons based on mese monsters.yess!!)

With the five biomes adjusted there are mana to be mined. (land biomes not yet a reality.) (i've designed the mana nodes. simple and satisfying to start with) (Maybe mana would not be randomly drawn?)

I'm not sure how game play would go, but I think that you could target players with creatures (no blocking at this point.)

Mobs framework is intimidating right now.

I'll work on some screenshots, but it's being edited heavily right now and not working.

Is anyone familiar with Cockatrice btw?

So, I hope this sparks some interest. Again, huuuuuge undertaking.
