Voxelated OBJ to minetest

if i have a voxelated object file how do i make it into a nodebox script for mine test,

or as i have been mentored : WHAT is the BEST way to go about making a nodebox (bigger than one node with more than 6 images)

i have looked at voxelshop and a few othe programs but it seems that the issue is putting it in MT. and i googled before i asked and returned nothing pertinant.

Minetest can use OBJ files, there isn't any reason you have to convert it to a nodebox, just scale it larger in your lua. Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

nop you understood right and here it is 16 hours later and i have taught myself blender the hard way... remade the model 6 times, reskinned it 4 times and have watched enough youtube to make my eyes bleed. :)

heres the results.

original in voxels, from voxelshop or sproxel (both of which have various degrees of suck) then converted to obj imported to blender and spewed out.

second version pure blender then i realized i missed the cutter bit and went in to redo the uv and it messed up my map, so i decided to give it 100% of my attention the last and final time before i chucked this idea out the window:

and what cool tool is complete with out a skull and cross wrenchs, and plenty of diamond plate :)

and that my friends has opened a whole new can of worms for me. next im gonna redo the tbm :) !!!
