"Converting" Normal Textures into UV Maps

I need to convert a set of normal textures into one single texture for use in Blender (UV Map?). How can I do that? I don't know who to organize it is the biggest issue.

I'm trying to make a lamp post that is three blocks tall, and uses one single model. I personally find that that is much nicer to work with, than 3 completely different nodes requiring logic to remove all when one is removed. I know I have to deal with the issue of there not being enough space to place it, and things like that, but all that is simple.
