Hello i am currently setting up a role play server based on the scale of that in Samp. I would like the following mods is possible

1. Group tags prefix/suffix so i can setup tags for example "office {name of player}" along with a name colour.
2. I would like a mod that enables local chat for role play use
3. A way to limit the distance a play name tag is visible in world.
4. The ability to make groups example {police office}
5. Jail mod enabling jails via a command stick so police can jail a player by hitting them.

kmchat might come closest to what you have in mind. Sadly, the real chat can't be used with colors yet.

Simply limit it with this setting: 0.4.10 stable or 0.4.10-dev

Jail mod - could be extended with a "jailhammer"

By hitting them with a nightstick! Love it!
