Need help
On the server I play on we have a problem with people being able to place light blocks on protected property. Is there a way to fix this or restrict the use of a certain block to certain players? Thanks

Yep, that's lightsplus. https://github.com/qwrwed/lightsplus
The mod is missing protection support so someone needs to add something like this to the mod.
