FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I know there was map creating/editing software you but can get for minecraft is there one for minetest(I will need for a dinosaur mod official server in the future with a map based on isla nublar) so if there is where can you get it

Apart from WorldEdit and such mods, not really.
