Could a group of people come up with a version of crazycraft from minecraft for minetest?
We all as a community need to come together to make this happen :)

If you want people to make a mod for you, you're going to at least have to explain what "Crazycraft" is. You didn't even give us a link. Very, very, very few people are going to want to do a bunch of searching just to find out what you're even requesting.

My advice is to start trying to make it and then ask for advice here when you have specific problems. If you have no idea where to start, at least explain what you're trying to do.

It is a compilation that adds extremely powerful weapons, buffs all mods, adds tiers to armor above diamond, adds ores, adds dimensions, and adds mobs, among other useful miscellaneous items.Strongest weapon called the Big Bertha. You have to kill multiple bosses and get their to craft this extremely awesome weapon.

Well, the space mod adds several new materials from space to minetest that can be used in tools and are stronger than diamond.

Dunno how would you implement "dimensions". It would have to be more like teleporting the player to a different area of the world, rather than having an actual different dimension.

This crazycraft looks more like a mashup of different minecraft mods... you would have to be more specific and go mod by mod.. unless what you mean is simply doing a mashup of minetest mods that do not necessarily have to be similar to crazycraft as end result.

In that case I think "dreambuilder" is perhaps the crazytest of minetest judging by the amount of mods it includes.

something similar to crazycraft but minetest style and it'll be all up to the people on the forums to decide what they want in the subgame.

Dreambuilder (viewtopic.php?f=15&t=9196) has already most of the good mods. If what you want from crazycraft is crazy weird stuff there's also a subgame called "Weird": viewtopic.php?f=9&t=10369

The thing is that Minetest doesn't have the same kind of weird or crazy mods as Minecraft has. There are things that are simply harder to write in Minetest, or that there are not enough developers to do.

Or so I believe.

caverelms or Nether

Plasma TV

Signs_Lib

StairsIO (or moreblocks)

Cooler Diamonds

Monorail (Carts is nice, but I like the fact that carts can fall off the end of a rail in Monorail, as well as be pushed by a piston)

Mesecons

Digilines

Digiline_Stuff (once its finished)

Moremesecons

I will suggest more as I find/remember them.

Aaaaand we also need food mods. I recommend homedecor and farming_plus.
Then we need more blocks, so I guess moretrees and moreores would work.
also portalgun and technic, and pipeworks.

Technic changes everything to be different, its cool, but different.

Moreores hasn't been updated in a long time, it should be cleaned of the now duplicate ores.
