Bio-not-sphere Mod

Would anyone be interested in something like this?

It's in response to a suggestion made about a new mapgen based on a mod for that other game. The idea is separate pods with isolated biomes, connected at random.

This is just a quick example. I can vary the biomes later. I could also make the pods spherical, but I hate to be too derivative.

I call it "Loud Walking". Kudos if you get the old sci-fi reference.

I had always wondered what had become of Dewey. That last scene with him watering the plants is a picture that has come to my mind a lot - over the years - sometimes hoping Huey and Louiey had somehow survived and would rejoin in their maybe eternal task.

Although for the kids of nowadays that robot that maintains what is left of Laputa is probably what comes to their minds when thinking of a lone eternal gardener. ( I'm pretty sure the iron golem of that other game is at least partly a distant cousin of that flower wielding robot on Laputa)

Maybe the back story of the old television show called The Starlost might work with something like this.

I think your biospheres would also look interesting in space.

This is quite interesting Duane. You gonna release something we can play around with? You had another pic earlier today of something that can only be described as floating fish-tank biomes. What was that? That also was cool looking.

Same thing. I just cut off the corners and took out the tinted glass.
