I'am new in this forum an i have made a new mod

but in Mod Release forum i can't make a new topic.
So how can i publish it?

TLDR; You need to first make a post in WIP mods, and then ask in the topic move requests post for it to be moved to releases

This is so that the moderators can check your post meets all of the guidelines before it goes onto mod releases.

Interresting page Rubenwardy. According to recent talk about WTFPL, you may say something about this license probably being no longer valid for mod releases.
