I post my Help modpack which recently reached the milestone release 1.0.0:

It contains help texts about all relevant items with loads of useful information (such as damage of a weapon) and basics of Minetest. And it is extensible to the core. My goal is that modders adopt these mods to add documentation to their complicated items and other things. I suppose it would come in handy especially for modpacks like Mesecons or Technic (if these modpacks would adopt it).

If you use Minetest Game, it makes sense to use doc_minetest_game as well:
