So weird, I just tried the link and it works fine. Everything looks to be published, well here is the direct URL to the video. https://youtu.be/8QMyF_77Qwk
that won't give you the extra text that I wrote on my site, but the video is more important anyway.

Hmm, I even logged out of my site and it worked. So shouldn't be a permission thing. Not sure why that would give a 404 error...

I'm just in this for all the money that I'm making off of youtube and suckers that don't use an ad-blocker. :D

On a more serious note, I'm glad to do what I can to help other people learn how to create stuff with Blender and Minetest. Others have spent time helping me learn, it's the least I can do to help spread what I know with other people that want to learn, plus I enjoy doing it.

Are you willing to help give advice? I'd love to have a teacher even if it is for basic questions. I'm mostly focused on animation. I made this today, I'm soooo proud of myself!!!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9un6Q--HVs

One thing that was weird though was when I went to the Properties menu button and then the camera/render stuff it was smushed between the top menu and my workspace. I had to try to lower the workspace so I could see the options but it only gave me a few inches of room to see the render options. Has that ever happened to you and any suggestions? Thank you!!

Not a bad animation at all.

I think you have me email, feel free to shoot me a picture of what you're describing, as I'm not sure what you mean about the camera/render stuff being smushed.

How to make blender mob hold a sword or bow like in Minecraft for mobs redo - mob that uses two textures one for body the other for sword. Item that mob is holding should not be a plane and should be easily changed to hold other items like bow in lua so that its texture pack compatible. like model here viewtopic.php?t=4654

Image

this is needed for:
- zombie pigman (golden sword)
- skeleton (bow)
- wither skeleton (sword)
- vex (sword)

how to make mobs have texture overlays on top of the current textures like armour stray skeleton shoud have three textures per mob - bow, stray clothes and skeleton texture
Image
- stray skeleton (bow and stray clothes)
- horse (armour)

how to make a mob with separate textures right now i am using just one texture shroom in the mooshroom texture
- mooshroom (shrooms)

@ph8jPf9M That should be easy enough to do, I'll see about recording a video on it next weekend.

first thing first, many thanks for doing this :)

As some user asked, i need animation tutorials, i'm trying to do a MOB able to do multiple things, I've using Blender for years, but my experience in this area is poor.
My objective is to make a something similar to "Sam" in terms of animations (which is a large animation containing all what the player can do) but i don't know how to do this or if exist a better method.
So i need know things like:
maximum frames possible (all the animations), how much frames per animation, how to use the tool in Blender (the NLA Editor is it?)

Thank for sharing your tutorials!

Melkor, I'm getting over a fever right now, and my voice is a little less than perfect currently, but I'll try to do a video on animating as soon as possible. Some of my other videos do touch on animating a little bit, but I don't think I have anything that is just about animating and how to do it. I'll try and get something put together soon.
